Good fencing does three things: defines your boundary, gives you privacy, and looks clean from both sides. We install timber and Colorbond fencing across the North Shore — from simple boundary replacements to custom privacy screens with integrated gates. We also handle selective demolition of old fences and proper disposal.

Timber Fencing

Hardwood and treated pine options. Paling, lapped, and horizontal slat designs. We set posts in concrete and use galvanised fixings — no shortcuts that rust or rot.

Colorbond Fencing

BlueScope Colorbond steel in your choice of colour. Clean lines, zero maintenance, and 10-year warranty. Ideal for boundary fencing.

Privacy Screens

Horizontal slat screens, lattice toppers, and custom designs. Perfect for decks, pools, and areas where you want airflow without exposure.

Pool Fencing

AS1926.1-compliant glass and aluminium pool fencing. Self-closing gates, proper clearances, and council-ready documentation.

How It Works

Our process, start to finish

01

Site Assessment

We measure the fence line, check boundary pegs, assess soil and slope conditions, and discuss your requirements.

02

Quote & Materials

Written quote with materials, colours, and timeline. We coordinate with neighbours for shared boundary fences.

03

Old Fence Removal

Careful demolition of existing fencing. All waste removed from site. We protect gardens and structures near the fence line.

04

Installation

Most fence jobs complete in 1-3 days. Posts set in concrete, panels installed level and plumb, gates tested and adjusted.

Common Questions

Frequently asked about fencing

Do I need to tell my neighbour?

Yes. Under the Dividing Fences Act, you should give your neighbour written notice. For shared boundary fences, costs are typically split 50/50. We can help with the notice process.

How deep do fence posts need to be?

Minimum 600mm for standard fences, deeper for gates and corners. We adjust for soil type and slope. North Shore clay soils require proper drainage around posts.

Can you match an existing fence style?

Usually yes. We carry a wide range of paling profiles and can custom-mill if needed. Colorbond colours are standard across suppliers.

How much does fencing cost?

Treated pine paling fences run $80-$120 per metre. Hardwood starts around $120-$180. Colorbond ranges from $85-$150. Pricing includes posts, rails, and installation.
